Description: Friend 2 Friend is a not-for-profit organization that promotes understanding, acceptance and mutually rewarding friendships between children with autism spectrum and related social-communication disorders and their peers.

Project Info: This is version 2 of the F2F website, updating it with the current coding standards; tables are for tabular data not layout structure. The content of this 50+ page website has been restructured for a more user-friendly organizational flow and the 3-column layout, optimized for a monitor resolution width of 1024 pixels allows for highlighting of content in the sidebars. PayPal has also been integrated into the new website for online ordering of F2F’s publications and making of donations to this not-for-profit organization.

The objective with this website was to create a fun, friendly and accessible website that was efficient and informative for parents and educators. Being a not-for-profit organization it was essential to get the most design for the least cost, which meant keeping the interface simple but still making it fun, which was achieved by utilizing childs drawings and the pictures of the puppets provided by F2F.
